Houser Brands LLC is a Raleigh, NC-based brand development company founded by Todd Houser — creative director, strategist, and entrepreneur with 20+ years building brands that outperform expectations.
Todd founded and scaled Frank, a Miami-based creative agency, from 4 to 25 people before a successful exit in 2014. He has led transformational work for Volkswagen North America, Hilton, American Express, and Couples Resorts — delivering results like a #1 of 2,500 Hilton Connie Award and a 48% to 100% occupancy turnaround. Most recently, he has served as Senior Creative Director at The Republik, one of the Southeast's leading independent agencies.

The Legging Bureau is Houser Brands' activewear innovation arm — developing premium women's leggings through the proprietary Active Visual Contouring (AVC) design system. Licensed fan apparel and original lifestyle collections. Two markets. One system.
